We had lunch at Koliba at 1:15 p.m. We took the menu so we wouldn't have to wait long. We waited 40 minutes for the menu. There were no napkins or complete cutlery on the table, which I had to take from another table. As for the food, the duck was tasteless, the lox raw and tasteless. We waited 20 minutes to pay.
