The food was mediocre at best. Save your money and go down the street where the customer service and food is way better. I will not be coming back to this run down establishment where the customer service is non-existent. My hard earned money deserves to be spent elsewhere where I'm felt welcomed and not as a burden to this rude women's time when it's her job to be friendly, kind, helpful, and courteous.
Phoenix Pavilion took $80 from me. I ordered online, and everything indicated that they were open. However, when I called to modify my order, I was informed that they were actually closed. Despite this, they still charged my card. When I disputed the charge, they falsely claimed to my bank that I had picked up my order, even though they were closed that day. I wouldn't recommend eating here. Instead, I suggest trying Dragon Palace by the theater for Chinese food, or even Pat's Thai Shabu or Jasmin Thai.
Absolutely the best Chinese food in Stanwood! I used to be a regular at Dragon Palace (which is also really good), but I switched to Phoenix a few years back and haven’t looked back. Their shrimp fried rice is amazing, and the vegetable rolls are a must-have in my usual order. The owner is extremely friendly, and the portion sizes are huge. I have no complaints at all. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

The Kung Pao Beef was also outstanding, featuring plenty of tender slices of beef that were completely free of fat or gristle. I didn’t realize the dish included a small box of rice, so I’d recommend ordering an extra side. The spicy sauce was delightful, and everything was cooked to perfection, with a generous amount of peanuts sprinkled in. I enjoyed it so much that I had it again for dinner. I was eager to return and did so shortly after, and it was just as delicious as my first visit. This time, though, I received only four wontons even though I had requested them to be packaged separately; they may have just overlooked that. I highly recommend trying this place, especially for takeout, as the dining area isn’t very inviting. They also offer delivery through their website, so give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!
