Next, we enjoyed bowls of savory prosciutto. My first reaction was that it tasted unlike any prosciutto I had experienced before; I savored it slowly to fully appreciate each bite. 3. For her main course, my wife chose quail stuffed with boar sausage, served over mashed potatoes and vegetables. She exclaimed, “Wow!” I opted for fettuccine Alfredo with crab and lobster tail. The first taste of the Alfredo was a revelation; it was incredibly fresh! Later, Dennis explained that he prioritizes making the pasta as fresh as possible, and it truly showed. Each ingredient harmonized beautifully, creating a symphony of aromas and flavors. To cap off our meal, we indulged in a flourless chocolate cake, which was the perfect grand finale—rich and decadent, perhaps a bit too rich for some, but we relished every bite. We shared with Dennis that we’ve dined at many wonderful restaurants, including some exceptional places in Las Vegas, but this dinner stood out as our favorite. He takes the time to connect with his guests and has a clear passion for creating a remarkable farm-to-table experience. In the end, we told him he achieved his goal of making our evening unforgettable. Thank you, Dennis, for sharing your time and incredible culinary talents to help us celebrate 26 years of love!
OMG I only had a great dinner. Fatuccine with pheasant, also steak with potatoes, tomato soap and a great salad. With Dessert. Everything was homemade and grown locally. What can I say, great service, great company, great wine and beautiful music. I didn't have the pheasant since England cooked it right. Ashley and I shared dessert blueberry crumbs with sweet cream. All local food and wine produced locally. 5 stars I will take all the companies from the city, this is a special place to celebrate a special occasion.
We went for the first time tonight and it won't be the last!! Great food and great staff! Stanwood needed a place like this food is so fresh (and locally). To make the cook so passionate and take so much care in his craft, this place makes so special and unique.
Drove down from bellingham and was just over and the place just pulled us in! Loved that everything was local and the rotating menu. The owner and the waitress were great!! It has to stop if you're in the area. In any case, a recurring customer will!
Everything tastes amazing! The open concept and decor create an unforgettable dinner. The staff is very friendly and enjoyable to be around. My steak and potatoes came out perfectly cooked and the pear proccitto cheese plate was a great shared starter. Excellent!
