The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. I ordered using the mobile app and entered a code for a "buy 1 get 1 free" promotion on happy meals. However, when I received my acknowledgment, I was charged for 2 happy meals instead. When I brought this to the supervisor's attention, they rudely dismissed me, claiming the code doesn't always work. They didn't give me a chance to explain and ultimately refunded me for the extra meal. They didn't even apologize.
The restaurant is located in a sketchy area with many transients. The service was surprisingly slow for only one employee working on a Wednesday afternoon. The interior was clean and they had a playground for children, although there were no children present. We noticed movement behind the glass where a staff member seemed to be taking a break. Only two cars were in the drive-thru line. The main reason I purchased something was to use the restroom, but it was unavailable due to a sign indicating it was for customers only. I ordered, waited in my car, and ate my burger, which was good. However, no one came out to check on me. Not cool. One star.
