Stanthorpe RSL Services Club

Delicious lunch for very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly, professional and attentive. We had great service and stayed for coffee and cake that put a smile on our face. Highly recommend for the 'grey nomads ' who pass through Stanthorpe. We will return!

We were warned of a long wait which was ok, then asked if we wanted to get garlic bread while we waited, well? OK. Garlic bread turned up 30 seconds before our meal so why ask if we wanted it while we waited? My rump was the worst piece of meat I have ever eaten I should have stuck to my usual grilled barra . Under cooked, fatty and full of sinew. Not to mention tough. This used to be our favorite place to eat but it has gone backwards, hopefully they will improve on the meals for next time.

Can't beat the meals and drinks at the RSL. Huge servings, delicious and reasonable prices! Friendly service. Definitely recommend to go there when in Stanthorpe.

We have been members for quite a while but will not be renewing. The meals and service have really gone downhill in the last years or so, with a rise in price and reduced offerings on the menu. Was always very crowded, not so now, less than half full on our last 2 visits Even the good old standby meal at a club, the baked dinner is no more, some ordinary roast meat with chips and salad is now a roast dinner. The fisherman’s basket tasted of the oil it was cooked in. Don’t think we will be back.

We were in Stanthorpe for one night and wanted a nice meal, that didn't break the bank. The RSL was really good value and provided plenty of good choices at reasonable prices. We had the salmon on quinoa and the chicken and pumpkin pasta. Both were substantial and very tasty. Definitely worth a visit.
