Mcdonald's - STANTHORPE

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever visited. I've been there about half a dozen times in the last six months, and each time the windows and doors have been dirty. The service is also very slow, even when there aren't many customers. My food has always been served cold. I don't understand why the service is so slow here; it doesn't even have the same hustle and bustle as other McDonald's locations.

I visited the McDonald's in Stanthorpe at 8:30 a.m. on a Wednesday, and it was quite quiet. Unfortunately, my burger and fries were barely warm, which was very disappointing. It seems like they need to pay more attention instead of letting things sit while they focus on other tasks.

This was the worst service I've experienced at any McDonald's in Australia. It took 15 minutes to get a single burger meal—unbelievable!

Vegetarian options: Vegan options available on their everyday menu which is great to see. Should be for every food outlet. Thank you McDonald's for catering to many types of dietary preferences.Kid-friendliness: Awesome playground and a great spot for travellers who need to fill up for fuel and have a affordable meal in one convenient location. We'll done McDonald's for such a prime location.Parking: Easy parking and plenty of parking space for travellers with vans or trailers. Excellent parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Disability parking at the door aswell as many parking spots with safe entry straight from the car. Doors are great for wheelchairs and there is a well spaced Disability Toilet. 10 stars for catering for the disabled.
