The Black Horse - Stansted

I discovered this restaurant while staying with my family, and I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again during our next trip.

I returned for my third visit on Sunday and, once again, I was not disappointed. The food was outstanding. Having worked as a cook for over 40 years, I’m quite hard to please, but this place continues to impress me.

This is a lovely and welcoming pub with great food and friendly bar staff. However, I found the prices to be a bit steep—around £18 for a large glass of Sauvignon Blanc and a pint of Guinness.

Stay with a friend in the village and wish this place as my native! beautiful looking pub, great eating, welcoming and friendly local and coworkers. can't really ask for more!

Had a lovely meal great surrounding fantastic people ... haven't been there for about 28 yrs very different from then but would recommend it definitely x
