The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, with friendly and approachable staff. The food quality is mediocre to fair, and on the more expensive side, although I wouldn't mind the prices if the food was better. Despite this, we still had a good time and enjoyed the ambiance and setting of the restaurant. It seems that the restaurant is under new ownership and they are planning to renovate the place with new food and menu offerings. While the current setting is not bad, hopefully the revamp will lead to improved food quality.

I went to this restaurant for a Mother's Day meal. The service was excellent, with Bharat and the chefs willing to accommodate a special request. However, I had to request to speak to the chef initially, as the waitress was not very accommodating. The food was just okay. Considering the average price of £8 per dish, I expected exceptional quality. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations with small portions, lack of spice, and some dishes were tasteless, like the Dum Aloo and baby sweetcorn starter. I do not plan on returning as there are many other Indian restaurants that are more authentic, better value for money, and taste much better.

The food was delicious and flavorful, the service was attentive. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
