Drove by there today and all of the KFC/A&W signage is gone and the glass windows are all boarded over. Ironically, the KFC website still shows them as open.It was always an 'iffy ' store, often closed when they should be open and rarely if ever getting an order right. Things only got worse during and post Covid, so I guess I 'm not surprised they seem to be permanently closed now.
Very rude customer service.dinning area was dirty .had to wipe our table off our selves while they looked on..gave our food in bag even after we sat at table ..no hospitality
It was great only had to wait 5 minutes for my chicken bucket and it was bomb with kfc sauce
It’s always filthy and sticky inside the dining room. There’s one extremely knowledgeable and friendly older lady, but if she’s not there all the teenagers are rude and unprofessional. They stop cooking 2 hrs before closing and jus sell you what they have sitting out. Riverbank kfc is horrible!
The food has always been very good not so much for the actual restaurant inside. Even after all the mandatory dining in was over this place still had closed doors
