Subway - STANHOPE GARDENS

Painfully slow service. Slowest service that I have ever experienced at a Subway by a loooong way.

I'm a fan of Subway but this one was not a good experience. We were not served in order and the rolls went cold. They were not as tasty as they usually were.

This load is a scandal for the subway franchise. the coworker was consciously not adding the necessary ratio of salates and when I ask why they cut down on the portion amount, he replied, there is not enough store. I would not be surprised if it was a franchise owner's policy.

Not happy with the service. No communication or customer service skills at all.

Firstly i placed the order through menulog , which was cancelled by restaurant without any reason, when reached at restaurant and asked them , the staff was had no idea about it , when i finally got food from there , bread wasn't fresh and it was stone cold and hard to chew. Not recommend at all.
