Subway - Stamford

The restaurant's hours indicate that it closes at 10 PM, but I arrived at 9:30 PM and found it to be closed.

I am a fan of Subway, but I had an unfortunate experience at this location. The staff member who helped me—a short, small man with glasses—was quite rude and did not take my order correctly. He seemed annoyed when we requested a flatbread instead of the regular bread with cheese. Instead of accommodating our request, he rolled his eyes and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner, questioning why we didn't inform him sooner before he started making the sandwich. We did mention it, but he didn't pay attention and rushed the process. He even insulted us and told us to leave. For some context, I am 6’1” and weigh 235 lbs, while he is around 5’5” and 145 lbs. I chose not to argue with him, but I sincerely hope that management will address my concerns after reading this review.

Zero stars. The service was the worst. There was an Asian man wearing glasses who was very rude and didn’t listen to our requests. I won’t be returning.

Service was ok , i ask to tost my bread and he pretty much burn it, it was so hard to eat it without getting the inside of your mouth sliced by the hard pieces from the outside of the bread
