Added crunchies to my gluten free order and then remade me an OREO mint chocolate chip. Can’t make this up. Wasted money. Wouldn’t be so mad if the manager (tall skinny lady) wasn’t so rude. Absolutely atrocious how she treats customers. What happened to the customer is always right? Never again walking into this place. Been a loyal, consistent customer from the beginning. And she’s been rude since the beginning. This was the last straw.

Must try! Delicious soft ice cream. Great service and convenient location.

Good but I can't wait until they bring back self serve yogurt/toppings. That was much better putting for the kids to build their own

The staff was amazing! As someone who is gluten-free, I appreciated their kindness in checking one of the topping containers to ensure it was safe for me to eat.

The restaurant often feels dirty and chaotic. There are unwashed bowls and stacked plates cluttering the area. The staff appears to be unhappy as well. Charging $7 for a soft egg with some sprinkles seems ridiculous. I would recommend Dairy 4 Queens down the street as a much better option.
