We ordered ours with the marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion and spinach. Service was fast and friendly. The flavors were delicious and the crust was fabulous! Definitely a pizza that needs to be enjoyed right out of the oven. I have never had a pizza that was ?juicy? with deliciousness but this one is. Thus, I now understand the reviews by those who had this pizza delivered. I highly advise eating in house and enjoying a nice breeze on their outside porch.
I'm from NY and hereby deem this crust great! Crispy and soft, not tough with the chew. The garlic and EVOO sauce had flavor and wasn't just some greasy mess. Marinara sauce had a tiny kick. Toppings were fresh and salads really fresh and big. Decent portions! Beers were tasty! I'd repeat this place if I were here longer!
Yum. I did a build your own with Darë vegan cheese and veggies and also a meatball pie. So impressed with this pizza. So far my fave pizza spot in Asheville (and I?ve tried many). My NYC heart is singing.
This is our go-to spot for pizza and beer in Asheville. Their market special pizza is always creative and delicious, and they use local ingredients as much as possible. Also love that they stream Phish concerts and have live music. Do not miss out on this local gem!
Words can't describe the elation one feels when receiving one of these beauties. I got the Grata, because this is my first time visiting this gem. We have tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy fennel sausage, pepperoni, onions, and green bell pepper and six regular-hot buffalo wings (locally sourced) and only available on Sundays. The house dill sauce is so delicious, like a calming ocean of creaminess jotted in with bright notes from the generous amount of dill although out. But back to the pizza. I won't even go in to how the ingredients have an obvious freshness or how I find myself picking off a few of the toppings, enjoying them on their merit alone. With some pizza, the crust can be too chewy. Grata not so. You will greedily forge ahead, savoring the perfect combination of mouth watering flavors onward toward finishing each slice. You know that you will soon taste that flavor that only comes from a very hot oven and hear the satisfying crunch cavalcade as each chamber collapses into a simple moment of bliss. This pie is a wallop of excellence that is undeniable.
