Munchies Pizza

The food at this restaurant is incredible under the new ownership. The owners clearly know what they are doing as the food is delivered quickly and is fresh. The customer service is excellent, and the staff takes good care of you. The prices are affordable, and the takeaway option is great. I highly recommend this place and it definitely deserves a 5-star review.

I ordered a margarita pizza with jalapeños and mushrooms added, but unfortunately there was pepperoni hidden under the cheese. As a vegetarian, I was really disappointed by this mistake.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. The service was unprofessional and they did not take care in delivering it to the customer - the pizza arrived damaged and was not sliced correctly. The overall quality was very poor, with greasy cheese and overall lack of flavor.

Cant belive the customer service of these guys, will let their business go bust before they give you a refund for their unhygienic mistakes. The boss is argumentative arrogant and obviously driven by the the big guy has no manners money hungry and stood there laughing like a child???. Can not believe how they switched on me their customer (from a family who regularly used the shop) over a 5 kebab after I ate a hair in their food but because they didn 't recognise it it wasn 't in their food , like who the hell has time or would even bother to plant a hair walk all the way back over 5 (defo 100% not mine not even my colour hair) I am leaving a review just because I can not belive the treatment I received after I found a hair in my food which I got from them, just wow. I am in total shock as soon refund got mentioned all hell broke loose with them you 'd of thought they just caught me in their pocket or stealing their car the way they acted the boss getting all hot and bothered looked like he wanted to rip my head off quite scary to be honest. Anyways their loss as when you don 't be just and fair you don 't get far. I am just disappointed as my family used them regular and I thought they were decent guys.

Stay away from munchies stretford rd Absolutely disgusting staff rude and unhelpful Food had hair in and shop looked very dirty Did not give me my money back Will be reporting to the food standard agency first thing in the morning.
