Costa Coffee - Staffordshire Moorlands

The coffee at this Costa was excellent while we were on our way. The staff was courteous and welcoming.

The staff was welcoming and provided efficient service, making for a pleasant experience. The seating and tables were clean, and the coffee was delicious.

Called in with my wife on her birthday. Needed to use the Costa app. This was problematic to say the least. The two ladies who sorted things were patience and politeness personified. A credit to Costa!

My wife, dog, and I recently attempted to visit this Costa Coffee in Leek, only to be stopped at the door by a staff member who informed us that we could not bring our dog inside. Instead, we were directed to sit outside. We agreed and were led to a table in a dirty backyard filled with trash. We passed by the back entrance to the kitchen, which looked filthy. The floor was covered in food and litter, and the smell was unbearable. We decided to leave without placing an order. This establishment is disgusting and extremely unwelcoming. It would be concerning to see what their hygiene rating would be if inspected.

My partner and I had a lovely time at Costa Leek! The staff were patient and polite, delivering a sumptuously foamed coconut cappuccino and well balanced caramel iced latte. I do think the configuration of the store is always going to be a challenge for both staff and customer experience, but that is no fault of the staff who were all working hard to create a positive and safe environment.
