Excellent eating and friendly staff. highly recommended

Last night my family and I came here for a meal and it was absolutely delicious. We opted for cod and chips which arrived freshly cooked, piping hot with all the trimmings. I can thoroughly recommend this hostelry. There is an extensive menu, very friendly and efficient staff and always a choice of real ale. Great!!!

Loved it, went lunchtime, they have a lunch menu with lighter meals. Fabulous ham baguette with a few great pints of Doombar (I wasn't driving).
