The Carvery was good, carrots a bit crunchy for me but excellent value for money and Maggie the head chef was a great host.

Had absolutely fantastic customer service from Maggie today really enjoyed the carvery. Staff welcoming and friendly as well as the great food could not recommend enough.

The restaurant was extremely busy and in need of more staff. With only one person carving meat and serving, it was clear that more help was required. This may be a management issue that needs to be reevaluated.

Excellent carvery today, always spot on and plenty of nice foods to choose from.. Maggie did an excellent job of making sure the area was clean, tidy and all customers were well looked after.. very attentive.. thanks so much..

We visited with a group of 10 people on Remembrance Sunday. It was very busy and we hadn’t booked (sorry ! however we managed to sit together and eat in the bar no problem. Despite being very busy , staff were friendly and helpful . Queue for carvery looked off putting but it actually moved very quickly . Carvery was great , very good value , hot and tasty . Brussels were a bit hard but otherwise very happy. Parsnips were lovely Yorkshire puddings were HUGE and very good . Thanks to Maggie the crew serving on the carvery who were very Friendly and helpful too!
