I highly recommend this exceptional place, with the best Wendy's in Houston.
This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. It took 37 minutes to order my 4 meals, and 2 of them were wrong even though the restaurant was not busy. After waiting for about 30 minutes with no update on my order, I asked the cashier to cancel one item so I could leave, but they refused and blamed it on being human. While mistakes happen, it is important for people to take responsibility for their actions. I will never return to Wendy's after this awful experience.
I would not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant. My order has been incorrect the last five times I have ordered. It was good that they refunded my money. When I called to complain, the manager told me I would have to come in during her shift to receive a free salad. If I wanted to dine in, I wouldn't have needed to pay for delivery in the first place. The staff there seem incapable, unable to read orders correctly, or simply do not care about their jobs.
I can see why this location has a low rating! the person who took the orders had a posture and did not know the quality of the customer service. I asked about my quitting and she said they had no quitting. careful?! I'm not going back to this place. I gave only 1 star because zero was no option.
TRASH. Hair in my wife’s burger ?ordered a Baconator but got a HAIR-N-ATOR ?Waited 15 minutes for food. Missing a drink, Cold meal… Why can’t people just do their job without getting hair in peoples food ???
