I stopped by this place for some donuts and a kolache, and it was fantastic! I had the jalapeño cheese and sausage kolache, and they were freshly made, with some still warm. The shop was clean, and the staff behind the counter were really friendly.

The donuts here are fantastic, and there's a great variety to choose from. The highlight of this spot is definitely their cheese kolaches—it's one of the few places that offers them! There's another Southern Maid over on Eldridge Rd, but they don't have these delicious treats.
