Sonic Drive-in - Stafford

We ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. It took 22 minutes from the time we placed the order to get our food. Since we ordered through the app, we had already paid and couldn’t leave without losing our money. The past several times we’ve ordered food here have been similar experiences. The management needs to fix the problems at the store before they lose our business for good.

Twice this week they don't have slushies or the machine isn't working

They were out of chocolate chip cookie dough shake and service was very slow in the drive through.

Big shake, great service, the guy who waited for us saw something stressed out, but he just managed to do it well! I cleaned him a few bucks and told him we appreciate him. If you can afford, always tap these hard-working food service people! Try the Shaker and Peace!

My fiancé and I decided to stop by this restaurant for some slushies. I ordered the Sour Patch Kids Watermelon and Lemonade flavor, while my fiancé got the Peach Raspberry flavor. Unfortunately, both drinks were watered down. Additionally, my tater tots were served cold, with no heat at all. I was very disappointed with the quality of our order. However, I did appreciate the manager accommodating my choice of flavors, as initially there was confusion about separating the Sour Patch Watermelon flavor. The employee at the window was also patient and accommodating. Overall, we were disappointed that our slushies were not as expected and my tater tots were not hot. We usually enjoy dining at Sonic.
