Mason was very attentive, respectful, and helpful during my multiple visits to Grounds Bistro. His customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend trying their sandwiches, as they were delicious. The restaurant had plenty of parking available, including free street parking options. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience and would definitely return in the future.

Not a great first experience. The food was fine from the brunch menu and the cobb salad that my friend got was solid. The server didn't check on us very often while the very slow process of preparing our meal occured. The server was friendly enough when she did show up. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service itself. Not only did we wait for 40 minutes to get our order of a panini and soup, our server, Sydney, unfortunately, left much to be desired. Not only did she seem overwhelmed and disorganized, but she also made unnecessary comments to me about this is not fast food. Obviously. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and offensive in any dining establishment. In summary, Grounds Bistro has the potential to be an exceptional lunch spot. However, the long waiting time and the discourteous behavior of our server are significant drawbacks that need to be addressed. If you have the patience to endure a lengthy wait and hope for a better server, you might find the food worth the hassle.
