Ashcraft European Bakery - Stafford

First of all, they advertise themselves as a European bakery, but when I arrived, I found they were not actually European as they claimed. Secondly, I tried to inquire about their delivery service three times, but they never responded or provided any information. Today, when I called, the manager interrupted me and was quite rude, ultimately hanging up on me. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to their unprofessionalism and lack of communication.

I have been a customer for 16 years. I usually try not to ask for special favors, but I occasionally needed to request extra broth and they were typically accommodating. However, I have to give one star due to my experience with Carlos, particularly the routing manager. Last weekend, when I urgently needed my broth order as soon as possible, he was unhelpful and dismissive. His arrogance and unwillingness to assist me was disappointing. I will be looking into other bakeries for my future needs. I'm very disappointed.

I'm going to be direct. After Hurricane Ida, I received white bread from this company. It was really dense and had a chalky texture (not sure if that's the best way to describe it), but it was regular bread, and we were grateful for it. Maybe it was just old? However, this is the best broth I’ve ever roasted, all thanks to a peanut butter base.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner, to visit the facility and get a chance to get the process of brother positioning and it was great. beautiful people!
