Super delicious food! We had a pizza we shared as an appetizer. The pizza has absolutely inspired us from taste. Thin soil, pink edge and also in cold condition still very delicious. As the main food for my husband there were noodles with stagragout and for me grilled babycalamari with rosemary spices and vegetables. Both dishes were extremely delicious! The deer ragout shattered on the tongue, the babycalamari butter soft. For dessert, Panna Cotta was an absolutely delicate melting dream. The service excellently and very attentively and hardly to outdo anything about kindness. We will certainly go to dinner again, as just everything has been done and our taste buds have met absolutely!

Today I am 47 years old. I met the Gastwirt family with 11 years. We have followed as a family of excellent cuisine and the great heart of the Valenzano family through all stations. Today we sit here with three generations and friends, we enjoy freshest fish, finest meat and many more delicacies. Today we have learned that the second generation of the hosting family will be permanently engaged in parental business. We are looking forward to the Valenzano family and will continue to appreciate that we are pampered with valuable, individual and with highest values just almost like at home, at Osteria Il Castagno in Leitershofen!
