This place has everything they need when they want to travel without taking care of anything. a service-loving staff that helps them to answer and make sure that their stay will be a memory for the life. by my kumpels commented when they are a golfer. that's a must to go. I would personally say if they were planning to visit kragerø, they should live this definitiw as a place if they were there.

I don't usually make hotel reviews because they're lucky or not with other guests and stuff. but because of the price that this hotel wants from its hospitable, I feel the obligation to make a recession. in short, the good things: the breakfast and the evening buffet were good too good, but perhaps dinner a little expensive compared to preisen in other European quality hotel destinations. the rest lose any star sauna they can get: room our suite was not dirty, but also not clean (dirty grasing, dirty light switches, it had run down and broken witnesses was not replaced (floor, walls, inside, very bad/wet matrate, lacked watertight., sport, all other guests in their rooms down or up and in the main floor they were good to hear when they were without. no private sphere through the saunaitects of the hotel (the main outdoor area of the restaurant is located directly above the wellness area and the guests have a clear look at the sauna entrx exit, the pool area etc. . moreover, due to the nature of the other guests, while we staid there are smartphones insta idiots everywhere on the place that photos in the pool and without sauna control are not even identical to the saunas (and there are no temperature). this is absurd as we pay for the spa! they will not receive a service (no drinks like tee or not even water! no fruits nothing, all this is in better hotel spas or normal wellness areas throughout Europe standard. the rainforest shower was worn and not fixed (broken things.) . for the guests there is no quiet rest room or area, there are two! without a kiss inside. Three out there are good. noice as everywhere in the hotel (the wellness area is open for children and shares the same swimming pool with sauna guests, so much noice during the day, ok for us, but not call it wellness area if there is more or less a pool area with a sauna added. ah and the receptionist gives us all information about kragero and the hotel in a printed Norwegian letter, as we speak clearly English to her, as we do not understand spoken Norwegian. Fantastic. beautiful spa facilities with an amazing eternal pool. very relaxing. very friendly staff especially recipeist. the evening buffet was I think the best I ever had was so much change and everything was delicious, merry fruit, sushi, ripe and an extra tasty and more. wow! the breakfast was also one to remember. we're done and I'm looking forward to the return.

At the price I would have expected a coffee machine in the room. the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. it asked me if it was even cleaned what is really important during the kovid. guests entering the wellness area were assigned 1.5 hours time slot and this worked very well. the breakfast was fantastic.

Amazing stay. My prejudice with going to a spa was that it would be very expensive and not worth the money, so I was subconsciously trying to find flaws. Needless to say, I couldn't find any! Everytime I braced myself for disappointment, I was surprised by how nice everything was. And the cherry on top of the cake? There were so many cherries that I lost count. We will be back!
