Blue 11 - St Thomas

We had 9 courses and everyone was excellent. it was the best culinary experience we had in st. thomas

We enjoyed a remarkable 9-course dinner accompanied by wine pairings, and both the food and the wine were exceptional. I still dream about the snapper with callaloo and the halibut dish. Each protein was perfectly prepared, and the sauces were out of this world. The service was outstanding; the staff was incredible—friendly and clearly passionate about food. They loved answering our questions about the dishes and the island, which made us feel like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. I have never encountered such a warm and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting St. Thomas, and we can't wait to return on our next trip!

This place is special! eating was amazing and a good value (100 for 7 courses! . we had amazing service. do you want to go this place to stay in business please!

We had our family Christmas dinner at Blue 11 and this was amazing! Great food people!

Excellent tasting menu at chef’s counter last night for Christmas dinner. Lighting at counter could have been better. It was florescent lighting in kitchen which made for terrible lighting presentation at counter. Service was good, a little more organized could have helped make the meal timing a bit better. Everyone tried hard and we appreciated them being open on Christmas.
