Char Steak Lounge - St Roch

Everyone was friendly and attended to the needs of the patrons in an unhurried but timely fashion. The food selection was prepared well and generous portions. In fact my husband and I should have ordered one side to split. Overall a lovely experience.

Food was terrible. Ordered a lobster roll, bun was burnt, had only lettuce and cold lobster inside. I ordered truffle fries, there was no truffle oil on them. My friends chicken club was ok. We came there for a business lunch (quick one) as per my online reservation, sat down at 11:50am, food came an hour later! And we were the 2nd table there too. Waiter never refilled our drinks. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The entire wait staff went above and beyond, but our server Gleyce was incredible friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Thank you for making our daughters' birthday and graduation celebration so special!

I think the food was excellent. We had shirmp and french onion soup then we had salmon and the short rib. The waiter was not the best but the young lady that brought water and bread to the table was very nice. I just didn't like the waiters attitude. Maybe he had a bad night. Overall I would try again at a later date.

We were quite pleasantly surprised and for once, we had nothing to complain about. It was our anniversary and the waiter brought out complimentary Prosceco. Our meals were prepared to our liking. We were not rushed. Our bottle of wine was excellent and our waiter brought out a complimentary dessert also. The service was great and we enjoyed our waiter We had been there many years ago and were not impressed so this turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.
