Mcdonald's - St. Petersburg

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's for lunch. There were long lines, rude staff, and my food was cold. If you're hungry, stay away from this McDonald's at noon! The French fries were dry, overly hard, and poorly cooked. Save your money and make your own fries instead. This restaurant does not deserve any rating. If I had to, I would give it zero stars.

The food was okay. However, the staff only seemed to pay attention to the drive-thru and ignored the customers at the counter. It took 25 minutes to receive 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and 2 frappes.

With two drive-thru order stations, you might expect to receive your food faster. However, for some reason, it actually takes twice as long. Keep this in mind when placing your fast food order.

Drive through bulking my order completely and then had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby to get my order corrected. Staff were rude and telephone. When I politely explained my problem to the manager, she called according to HAVE A NICE DAY!

This has to be one of the best McDonald's I have ever visited. Always prompt service, good hot food, able to get in and out of drive-through quickly. Thank you!
