Mcdonald's - St. Petersburg

They were extremely busy about 45 minutes ago so I went inside to order. I ordered on the kiosks and patiently waited for my order. It took a bit to get my food but every employee apologized and was extremely polite. I also order customized food and my order was prepared perfectly! And it was fresh. Usually, I pick a different McDonald’s to go to due to past experiences, but today they were amazing!!! The lunch crew was killing it!! Thank you!

I go there allot because it's close to my house. I say it was only good because I ordered a classic egg McMuffin and got a sausage McMuffin. Classic is the he one with Canadian bacon in case no one knows anymore. Including the staff.

I waited in line for 30 minutes only to not receive my complete order. There were dogs in the restaurant, and one of them defecated on the floor. The food seemed to be cooked in old grease. My husband, who is currently hospitalized, asked for food that wasn't placed in the bag. It was a disappointing experience, as I paid for items that were missing. Additionally, they didn't even have cream for coffee. Overall, it was a very sad and frustrating visit.

The food at this restaurant is excellent! The portions are generous and the establishment is clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning. This was our second visit and we have now become regular customers!

The overall experience was okay. I ordered a happy meal with a Halloween bucket using the app, and it came out quickly. The food was warm, but not hot. However, instead of receiving the pail as expected, I was given a toy without any explanation. If it wasn't for my occasional craving for McDonald's fries, I probably wouldn't return as the food was just average.
