Crabs were mushy and small and they had no taste. They thrive on people using ebt and food stamps and the quality of the food is terrible. I won't be going here anymore and they have many other places that are better in st Pete .
Will be 100% be a regular here. First time in was no disappointment! Zack, Alani and CC were so awesome! They were patient in helping me while being indecisive, not to mention hilarious and a pleasure to talk to while waiting on my food to be prepared (yes they even cook everything for you). The food is fresh, high quality and a great price! Do yourself a favor, and GO!
I was hesitant to write a review because I don't want this place to blow up but they have the best seafood. Super fresh, great prices. I will only buy seafood from here moving forward. From someone who grew up on shellfish I know what fresh and good seafood is. A lot of places around sell small over priced garbage (that tastes nasty). It doesn't look like much and located in a little tiny strip mall on the South side but don't let that throw you off. Just give them a try I promise you won't be dissatisfied. A plus is they sell a variety of good seasonings for your seafood, many which you can't find at any grocery in Florida.
Staff is at least friendly. But let's get straight to it. The room where the crabs and possibly other seafood or food preparation is kept....visible rodent droppings everywhere. Seafood does smell, but this is rodent urine/dropping smell. The main part where you purchase looks...ok. On the other hand, the instagram/social media pages look 5 star. Location is also, well, if you're local you know. Someone will get sick or hurt here. It's a day later and the smell of the place is still stuck on me. They will also discourage you from looking at the live crabs in the location with the rat droppings. Couldn't have my phone out, just for safety really.
