Italy Bottega - St. Petersburg

Little place in Central Ave in St Pete that brings you to an authentic Italian flavor and the customers feel like they travel without living town. We ordered the scallops/lobster in vodka sauce pasta and was simply delicious. The servers were veryorganic and attentive, definitely will return and a MUST visit little gem!

Where do I start with this place, first off, It's not my first time there and I'm surprised I never left a review. It's simply the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to, like being in Italy. Their food is fresh and tastes like no other, Their lobsterravioli is an experience on it's own, recently changed to a Lobster pasta dish, both are amazing. Their best wines are allimported from Italy and personally the best wine I've ever had is the Sangue di Giuda, I go to the restaurant pretty regularlyfor me and almost always walk out with an additional bottle to later enjoy at home. If you like Italian, just understand thatthis is a must experience, their food and atmosphere is authentic, they have no set menu as their plates change based onfreshness of their imports and catch of the day... yes, they have the best fish dishes based on their catch (that morningusually) I've had grouper, rainbow fish and today I had swordfish, all amazing plates. My go to is always the Lobster plate,but any other is still amazing, not to mention their desserts are also amazing and the coffee is the best to have, real andstrong, not like the watered down American version other restaurants give. If you're in the are to visit, this is a must try.

This place is an amazing food experience. They have a basic menu with sandwiches however they have specials everyday that include some amazing dished like spaghetti class, mussels, lobster ravioli, etc. This time my wife and I ordered the LobsterRavioli and it did not disappoint! The pink homemade sauce had great flavor along with the homemade pasta. You could tell thelobster was fresh and the taste coming through was amazing. Also have good bread that is awesome when you dip it in the raviolisauce. This is a must stop for a nice light lunch

I had the freshest and best tasting Grouper with Sicilian sauce. Wow ! For Appetizer I shared a Burrata with my friend whom I enjoyed the evening with and everything was just wonderful. Flavio is a wonderful host, definitely knows how to take care of hiscustomers. Thank you, will be back.

Wow! If you are looking for authentic cuisine then this your place. We were surprised by not having a printed menu but it really made us feel like we were in Europe. You can tell they really care about their craft and speaks through with all the dishes. Thefood was absolutely excellent, Chianti was great, and we are very picky foodies to give such high ratings. Johnny was a greatserver and we really enjoyed this experience! We can't wait to go back! This will be our top central Ave choice.
