Hook's On 9th - St. Petersburg

What a fabulous find! I forgot to take a picture because we were so hungry. The Shaggy Dog roll was creative and delicious. Everything we ordered was yummy! The negative, which isn't a big deal, The sake was over the top. It had a strong yellow tinge,which indicates it was over the top and not fresh. Sake should be clear/white. But since it was served hot, it wasokay. Overall, nice ambiance, great service and yummy food. Definitely coming back.

The fish isn?t fresh and doesn?t have a taste. The salmon nigiri was especially disheartening. The udon broth is too sweet. The edamame is overcooked. The seaweed salad was fine. The presentation is pretty and the staff is friendly. Super disappointingfood. Do not recommend

I love hooks, I usually get the bi bim bop which is delicious, but today I tried the New Years roll, which is spicy and delicious. The service is always great and the food is amazing, 10/10 would recommend!

Best sushi in town. Have been going here for years. It?s worth the wait. Also they are open for lunch and have a great take out system. Definitely check this place out !
