Przekaż informację zwrotnąThere is food by weight as well as fixed price dishes. the menu on board is half translated in English and vegan dishes are marked with special sign. one of the ladies behind the counteer spoke English which was helpful. I tried vegan meat in Thai and buckwheat with veggies. both were very tasty but meat in Thai was so AMAZING that I took the second portion of it to take away! :
English is not spoken, but some of the menus are in English. Service is fast, but the menu on the wall is pretty messy. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is relaxed and beautiful, food is served quickly and it is delicious. Not so full.
1stly the Kamenoostrovski Prospekt branch of Troitsky Most isn 't actually on Kamenoostrovski Prospekt; it 's on M. Posadskaya ulitsa on the corner of Kamenoostrovski. When I was there the staff didn 't speak any English and neither was there an English menu. I had a go at saying, 'Ya vegan, Ya vegana ' to try to explain that I am a vegan vegetarian but possibly through my poor Russian that wasn 't understood. I then said, Bez malako, bez krema, bez seera, bez malako mazlo and before I had finished speaking the girl behind that counter was giving me non verbal communication suggesting that she now was on my wavelength. The cafe is 2 3 mins walk from Gobkovskaya metro. From the metro station the kafe is on the other side of the prospekt and in the direction away from the river. With opening times of 9:00 23:00 it is open good long hours. Tasty food and inexpensive.
The real problem is not that they 't speak a word in English (not even vegan, but that they don't help the least effort in any way. We had to go hungry after 5 minutes frustrating conversation. People and location at Moyka were much better.
If your vegetarian is this post for you. For vegans not disturbing this place they do not make an effort, vegan dishes all vegan is accidentally vegan And tastes like ****, even the orange juice tasted like [censored] I'm sorry for the language The menu is mainly in Russian and very unorderly order You like a buffet, but its not so people bump together and you can't really concentrate to know what you want to eat in a microwave, unless starving and that the only place to go nearby
