After we had set ourselves, our waitress was quick to take our drink order and was very friendly. it quickly became clear that the front of the house and the back of the house staff have worked very well to quickly and accurately eat and get drinks. a server could cover a large section with the help of food/drink runners and management. Our waitress was up and friendly all the time and was very fast to fill drinks and pommes without being asked. our food was delicious and perfectly cooked. we have our meals before we finish our appetizers. the system seemed to run smoothly and from what we saw while we wait for a table. the restaurant was clean and comfortable and our experience was excellent. child-friendly: they offer balloons for children. there are wonderful selections on the children's menu for escapes and sides. the atmosphere is a bit loud, so children fit perfectly. there are high chairs available.
We visited on Sunday after a choir concert. There were 7 of us, I got the other one table. I sat right away. the long standing was the perfect size. the service was great. the server was so friendly and regularly checked for us. all eating came hot and at the same time. we will definitely come back. food: 5/5
Last night, I visited Red Robin in St. Peters, MO I Ordered a well done burger, which came out still pink inside, so I sent it back. I heard the cook in the back complaining that it was well done, but regardless, he cooked another one, only this time, it was well done to perfection! However, the burger was not seasoned and tasted horrible and trust me, this guy knew it. That was done intentionally. Then, my bill came and there were two burgers on my bill. Seriously, Red Robin? Do better! With the prices the way they are now, people can't afford to even eat out, so when people visit your establishment, try and do better for your customers. And to the cook at this restaurant, that was not fair at all to do. The first burger was not well done, not even close. I was just asking you to prepare what I ordered and you didn't have to be a jerk about it. It wasn't a personal attack on the cook whatsoever, it was just a customer wanting her burger made so I could eat it. And by the way, I did stress to the waitress that I would rather have a burnt hamburger than one with pink inside, so shame on her too for not relaying this to her cook. Rant over!
Great food and experience. I ordered the madlove burger, and I think I have a new favoritesburger! the toppings are a delicious balance of sweet and spicy, crispy and creamy and the actual burger part is too big; love their fries, and I don't usually eat many fries. our server, crystal, was super sweet, fast and helpful. highly recommended!
I went in with my son and the hostess said no work or recognized us until I asked if she would talk to us. at least they say hello or welcome and I will be with them as soon as I can. this is just the basic customer service. also the waitress took too long to help us when they actually sat. eating is great, but the customer service is very bad
