Cooper's Hawk Winery St. Peters

The prime rib sandwich on this delicious Brioche beung was beyond perfection! I'm addicted! I also enjoyed the bread and butter. the free wine tasting was a joy! I love the almond-sparkling wine now and the heavenly champagne will always be a favorite. great service, good food, a first class establishment! we'll be back soon!

We had a reservation of 18:30 clock for three people to arrive 18:25 clock and not until 19:05 clock space. not sure why they make a reservation if they need to wait 35 to 40 minutes to take place. a bit frustrating. eating and service was very good.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! I’m so glad that Coopers Hawk made its way to Saint Peters! My wife and are looking forward to many wine tasting and dining visits every month!

Once a month me and a friend of mine, come to Cooper’s Hawk in Saint peters to have our monthly get together and to pick up our monthly wine. We start off with our tasting and then we determine what wine we’re going to have at the table. I have a few suggestions that I think might enhance the experience in two areas. 1. The tasting staff needs to build up the experience by explaining about the wines, and what they do even though you give the customers a placemat, they should be able to provide a story behind the wine since this is such a unique experience. Also, whenever we do the duet portion of the tasting, we should get to glasses one of each to compare I believe this is the intent behind the dual pairing 2. As for dining, the wait staff was wonderful. Very attentive, but still gave you enough space to enjoy your meal. I normally have never had a bad food experience here with the exception of yesterday evening when my salmon was way over cooked, and my vegetable medley was very mushy. I did tell my waitress, just to let the chef now, and she was more than happy to share that detail with the chef and cooking staff. I understand Friday evenings can be extremely busy and the turnaround is expected, but for the price of the meal, along with the experience of Cooper’s Hawk, I am willing to wait the extra 10 to 15 minutes so that my food is cooked and I can enjoy it. Otherwise, I think that this is a great concept. So glad they decided to build one close to my home, and I look forward to next month’s get-together. Cheers!!
