Hy-vee Chinese - St Peter

I checked your ad, made a list, and went to the HyVee store this morning. Prices in the ad did not match prices on the shelf, register did not ring up correct price, and gas points were not added. I went to customer service where some of the errors were corrected but there were more items charged incorrectly than were charged correctly. The difference in gas points before the corrections and after my trip to customer service was about .70. Grocery shopping should not be this difficult.

This place is AMAZING the customer service there has been wonderful and i would recommend this store to everyone. This location is tidy, and organized. This location also is also well stocked when I'm there, the employees are also hard workers i have noticed. My rating 10/10!

Hy Vee has been open a year so let 's see how they 're doing... The store is small and that 's something that can 't be fixed. This means that you may not always find what you 're looking for; HOWEVER, I can state that I 've gone to the store on numerous occasions with the intent of purchasing my favorite ice cream only to find that there is an empy space consistently which means that it 's not getting ordered and or stocked properly. The other issue is that the store consistently starts closing procedures (ie. pulling the produce shades down well before the actual closing time. For instance I arrived at 10:30 pm one night (store closes at 11 pm and the produce shades had been yanked and the clerk on duty was stalking me as I was standing by an unshaded cooler and the clerk was about 8 10 feet away staring at me. I thought he might be watching me for some weird reason but he simply wanted to pull the shade down on the cooler I was accessing. Here is my BIG complaint they don 't keep a full service lane open until the end of business day. This happens consistently in other words, this is not an exception. Hy Vee should have a full service lane available all day every day. I spoke to one of the employees who concurred that the corporate office made a HUGE mistake when building the store by including ONLY 2 full service lanes. They obviously weren 't familiar with the clientele. Many of the people in our area are more comfortable with a full service check out. This staff could learn a lot from the HY VEE Hilltop staff in Mankato in terms of friendliness and customer service. Let 's hope they get their act together and act like a member of the Hy Vee family!

I love it. Wide selection and they always have a lot of workers there.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this location, since it's a bit smaller than a lot of other Hy-Vee stores, but oh, my GOODNESS, this place is excellent. They have a fantastic variety of products, great prices and sales, and incredibly helpful staff; the couple times we weren't able to find what we were looking for, a manager has written it down and offered to look into stocking it in the future. And the prepared foods section/Market Street Grille...SO GOOD. My boyfriend has gotten their Chinese a couple times and really likes the sesame chicken, and I got a burger and fries from the Grille and everything was so tasty and fresh; I literally watched as they cut up the potato for my fries. This new Hy-Vee actually has me excited to go grocery shopping. It's a wonderful addition to St. Peter.
