Restaurant Stüvetta - St. Moritz

We liked this hotel. We had a very comfortable room and from our balcony we had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate without being outstanding (buffet style).

We recently had dinner here and initially we got a good vibe from the location. Our waitress was very friendly and very courteous and the location very cozy. For dinner we had the coq au vin which was good and some type of fondue which we later discovered was supermarket quality cheese with a Michelin stared restaurant price (36 sf). We also had asked for a half bottle of wine since my husband was driving but the waitress indicated that they didn't have half bottles and instead we could order half a liter of open wine which was local. We trusted her and did so without asking the price. To our surprise when we saw the bill she had charged us for 5 glasses of wine for a total of 60 sf. I could have ordered a bottle of better quality wine for that price as there was a vast selection of wine on the menu for reasonable prices. At the end of the night we had cheap cheese, average chicken, and half a liter of wine without a name, year, choice, and the ability to taste in advance (as you always do with fine wine) and a 130 sf bill. Talk about being ripped off!

This is a most charming little restaurant with lots of beautiful old wood panelling and an atmosphere out of a fairy tale. Beautiful views out of the old lovely windows onto the garden and flowers. The food is good and the service very knowledgeable and pleasant. I really think this restaurant should be better known and rated but we enjoy it that its not too crowded too! A favourite place to eat when in Sils. The wine list is very interesting and extensive and the staff most knowledgeable. Very well worth a visit.

ホテル La Margna の裏口（駅に面している側）横にあります。今回たまたまこのホテルに泊まったので行ってみました。レストランは小さいですがアットホームでいい雰囲気です。ホテルの女主人（？）がわざわざついて来てくれて、勧めてくれたのは「キノコのリゾット」。ここはメニューの種類は少なめ（名物ピッツォケリもカプンスもない）ですが、このリゾットはとても美味しかったです！なんというか山風スイス+イタリアンというか、しっかりしたご飯にチーズの味もして、なんとも言えない食欲をそそる風味でした。最初こんなリゾットの割には高いなあと思いましたが食べて納得です（というかスイスはどこで食べても高いので、ここもふつうです）。チーズフォンデュもふつうに美味しかったです。このホテルの女主人はしっかりした感じの方なので信用できます。もしこのホテルに泊まる機会があったら、ここのキノコリゾットを試してみるのもいいかもしれません。The mushroom risotto that a female manager of this hotel recommended to us was fantastic ! Cheese fondue was also good !

The portion was huge and the food was fantastic. Best Weiner Schnitzel we had in Switzerland. Our Server, Angie, was a real doll. She helped us figure out what to do while we were in St Moritz and her serving skills were "par excellance". We really loved Stuevetta and would go back in a minute if given the chance.
