Twin Peaks Maplewood - St. Louis

I’ve been looking forward to our meal, but unfortunately, nobody came by to take our drink order. It’s a disappointment, but there are plenty of other great restaurants in St. Louis. I noticed several waitstaff standing around without attending to customers. We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead, where we enjoyed excellent service and delicious wings. This is the only Twin Peaks location where I’ve had a negative experience; I've visited others in Oklahoma, Texas, and other places, and I’ve always left satisfied.

After 45 minutes, I received the ribs, cold raw broccoli, and elbow noodles without any cheese. I sent the side back, thinking that perhaps the cook was new and just forgot the cheese while not noticing that the broccoli was cold. Fifteen minutes later, I received the same dish again. It became clear that they had not used any melted cheese or cheese sauce; instead, it seemed like a crumb of dry cheese was placed on top, leaving me with bland elbow noodles and another round of cold raw broccoli. I ended up eating only what I could tolerate and took the sides home to try and salvage them later. In the end, I wasted $36, which left me wishing I had just stopped at McDonald's for some burgers instead.

I was at 1 o'clock in the afternoon with twin peeks. there were two children and two adults. we have placed our order and the waiting person seemed nice. we had special changes to three of four orderings that leave away, no supplements. the chicken finger and the pulled swarm came out, and the pulled swarm had the things we had asked for. she took it back and returned some minutes later with the salates. 16 minutes later she came back with the cook to deliver the booze. When I asked why it took so long, the other young had finished eating when pulled pork is already cooked, he told me that he had to get new pork from the smoker, because yesterday pork was hard and not good, I didn't say it, but what was on the original sandwich that they brought out yesterday hard pork? When I told him that it was a problem because all the other foods were out, he hunted me by saying that I did this for her, I can't spend enough time with my family. I have no idea how relevant it was, but because that was a friend who was a kid dose for a tasty bite with me, I fell it off, but we won't be back.

The decor is tacky. Personal opinion I was so excited to try this place out. Now having said that... We were a party of five.The server didn't key our appetizers in, she also left off two side dishes and an entrée. When told of this over site nothing was done to correct it but we were given an apology.We each order three drinks a piece which were fine except one of our parties drinks were both served in dirty glasses that had food stuck to them as well as an oily film on them. The noise level was high but that's to be expected of a sports bar grill restaurant?The rice pilaf is very confusing by description and also disgusting intaste.The fries were very salty.My son abandoned the portion of his meal that he did receive because it was gross as h ll ! The drinks were delicious.I will not be recommending this place at this time. I'll give it another try on a different day of the week and at a different hour of the day.

I noticed that this place has received some negative reviews, but I actually enjoyed the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The meals were delicious and arrived promptly. The staff was friendly and professional as well.
