The Silver Ballroom - St. Louis

My boyfriend and I moved to the area about six months ago, and we hadn't had the chance to check out this bar until now. When we arrived around 11 PM, the bartenders noticed us but didn’t say a word and actually turned away as we walked in, even though there was only one other customer at the bar. The overall attitude from the bartenders felt very unwelcoming, giving off a vibe of "we’d rather not be here, so please leave." It was really strange and quite disappointing.

Affordable drinks and a great atmosphere! It's a cozy dive bar with pinball machines—what else could you ask for?

Fantastic bar with an excellent bartender and great music! I enjoyed playing some pinball and then had pizza that was definitely St. Louis style—though it wasn't too bad at all. I had a wonderful time!

AMAZING ATMOSPHERE!!!! I absolutely loved the pinball machines, and the drinks were delicious! The bartender was incredibly friendly! The only downside? There were no Australian Pies available, just pizza. I'm hoping they'll have them next time!
