The Pasta House Co - St. Louis

The service and management at this restaurant are absolutely dreadful. You can hear the management yelling at people from the dining room, with one particularly obnoxious individual who has a voice that is both grating and unpleasant. The atmosphere is chaotic and employees are constantly threatened. Additionally, we witnessed a mouse running around in the dining room, which caused management to panic and ask us to leave. Our server, Kathy, was also using inappropriate language. Overall, this restaurant is a complete disaster.

I found a long hair in my salad! The manager replaced it with another salad with wilted and brown lettuce. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10-20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
