I wanted to talk about an investigation, very rude. then, if I sent in a request, no call, but an email to say they are not available. very disappointed by their customer service, would not waste my time on them.

Incredible pies!! Amazing! Picked up order Wednesday morning and they did a great job getting the orders out quickly. I figured anywhere that has a 30 minute line to pick up curbside has to be incredible and I wasn't disappointed. Looking forward to trying more of the varieties of pies

I submitted a request about a tasting last week with sugaree. After not hearing from them, I figured I’d just give them a quick call and see if I could get more details about scheduling a tasting over the phone. A woman answered and as I began to say I was calling about a tasting for a wedding she instantly cut me off and said very rudely and aggressively “I’m sure you’d love to talk about your wedding but I don’t have the time. I’m making X amount of pies, it’s my busiest year for pies and I don’t have time to talk to you about your wedding as much as I’m sure you’d love to do that. I might be getting back to wedding inquiries in the coming month but I don’t have time for this.” I hadn’t even gotten a full sentence out. I told her I’d be taking my service elsewhere since she was so rude right off the bat. I’m not in a rush and there were far better ways she could’ve gone about that. The last thing any bride or groom needs when planning their wedding is a rude, cranky old hag for their baker!

Simply the best! Even with limited hours, these baker's do it right for a great price.
