Steak N Shake - St. Louis

The employees were extremely impolite and disrespectful. They were even mocking the customers in the dining area. Overall, the service was rated a 1 out of 5. The atmosphere also received a low score of 1 out of 5. The average cost per person for lunch was $20-30. The food received a rating of 3 out of 5.

Not very efficient. Drive-thru worker seemed very, very stressed out. I asked a question about my order and got snapped at. Got to the window. No hello, no thank you. Just not pleasant at all. Perhaps the managers have understaffed this location, so it's extra annoying to work here. Not sure. I just spent my money to be treated less than nicely. Didn't help that I had to sit and wait after ordering. Not used to that at my usual Steak n Shake. Of course, this is my first (and last) time coming to this location. Be better, Steak n Shake.

Don't go to this place. They don't know how to do their job And you know when you don't know how to do your job. That's why there's only one steak and shake around. St. Louis South county, West county. If I could put a 0 star on here. I would've, but you know. You can only go as a one star, but now they are definitely lower. Then a one star. Meal type: Lunch

Door was open, people eating in the dining room, but apparently only taking carryout orders. Maybe put a sign up so people know and turn off the dine in option on line.
