I am giving this place a zero-star rating because of their extremely rude and uncaring attitude, lack of customer service skills, and overall unprofessionalism. I approached the host and waited for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally asked a passing waitress about their closing time, she simply responded with "it depends on the day of the week" and walked away. When I asked her again later, she dismissed me by saying only the manager knew the answer. It was clear that they have no concern for their customers or providing good service. I will never spend another penny at this establishment. I can only give them one star, as negative 5 stars is not an option.
