Was cold, disgusting and not cooked at all? I wish I had spent $30 on some pink hot dogs and soggy dead

4 drinks ordered on mobile app. Wait 35 minutes. This happened two weekends in a row. In both cases, I had to mark a server or press the call button to get it to deliver my drinks (you check in the app and give the space in which you are, and I know that it checks me properly, as it then says your name and status of your order on the screen). I don't understand why drive thru is not a pickup option on the app; at least they would notice me. Beverages were made right both times, except they gave me a big one when I ordered Route 44 once and I didn't complain at this point because I wasn't ready to wait for them to get it back.

I ordered a **** and a 6pc mozzarella sticks in the area where you can sit and it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Cars dressed after my order have food before me. And my mozzarella sticks were cold and my slum was mostly liquid

What's wrong with this place? How can a fast food place last so long. FAST food. I waited in 20 minutes and I didn't order yet. Unacceptable. And everything I wanted was so. It was like that since COVID started. 35 minutes. Oh, I suppose that's crazy, and I would have gone if there was not a cure that kept you locked up in the line. When I was able to order, I thought I had gone so far. So they were 10/10

I would not recommend anyone go to this sonic the employees clearly don?t care or have standards Or care about your safety and health. I went there yesterday and my burger had brown slimy lettuce on it, it had to have been sitting in the bottom of a pan for at least three weeks . I have worked in restaurants all my life and I have never seen lettuce so Rotten. It was so old it looked like Rotting algae. There had to have been multiple people that saw the condition of that lettuce and they decided to serve it anyway. Definitely something that could make someone very sick and they decided to put it on my burger. It was truly the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in any restaurant.
