Mcdonald's - St. Louis

The employee at the drive-thru, who had tattoos all over her, was extremely rude. She crumpled up condiments and slapped them in my hand while rolling her eyes, which was completely unprofessional. It seems like she may have personal issues going on. Maybe she should find a job that doesn't involve dealing with the public. I will definitely be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

I want to thank the person who was on the grill at 4:45pm on Wednesday, October 11. I asked for extra lettuce and they delivered just the way I wanted. Thank you! Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5-star rating.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible and the wait times are ridiculously long. It seems like this location could benefit from new management and better training for their employees, especially in general customer service skills. The cashier was rude and openly on a personal phone call for all to hear. This was for a dinner meal with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person.

This is one of the nicer McD's I've been to, both in appearance and friendliness of staff. Big shout out to the people who work here. A restaurant is just a place that sells food, it's the employees that make you want to come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As someone who works in the restaurant and food industry, I have a lot of empathy for the employees at this restaurant. I used to have consistently positive experiences at this location, but over time, the quality of service has declined. I don't blame the workers – it is likely due to staffing issues and inadequate pay. This is more of a corporate problem that needs to be addressed. Despite numerous negative reviews on Google, it seems that management is not taking responsibility for the poor running of the restaurant. I hope the employees are able to find better working conditions, or that the restaurant is able to make significant improvements in employee training, staff levels, and wages.
