Mcdonald's - St. Louis

Absolutely terrible service. the night crew should be set immediately. they are a terrible representation of the food chain. they waited 20 minutes in the line just so they told me they were not on the stock of the product I had come. the light skin over night manager came with his hand in his pocket in the window and clinged as if he had his weapon in his pocket. terrible service, the men sleeping literally in the drive through. something has to be done about this place. I want to talk to a district manager about this location.

It was a great experience and I would recommend it again

I ordered the chicken sandwich menu. I literally had 2 bites and said this sandwich is terrible. fast forward 6 hours and I have food poisoning. I'll never return to that. I know it was because when the dinge came out, that was the only one. the sandwich and the fries. I ate that maybe at lunch and had nothing else. also I hadn't eaten since lunchtime on the day before. Sensual horribes

I live less than a mile of the situation, so I visited a million times. that's all. the workers have a bad customer service, eating must always be sent back, the half of the menu is not available ever, and each car has to wait 10 minutes to welcome on the order monitor. I had so many terrible experiences that I didn't even spend my money here. I'm going out of the way to avoid this delivery. it saves me a bad experience. I pray for anyone who cannot reach any other mcdonalds location.

This location on W. Florissant by Sam's club deserves 5 star rating. Their line may be long sometimes, but your greeted promptly at the speaker and the food is always fresh and hot.
