Filomena's Italian Kitchen - St. Louis

I had the Bratbeef on garlic cheese bread, the Bratbeef was juice and delicate, the bread was the perfect consistency. I'll be back to the meatball sandwich.

Well above-average food. Great value. Nice local owners. Dog friendly staff on the window. This is a great opportunity to get really good Italian food and avoid the?chains?. Chicken Parm and Chefsalat are excellent.

Unfortunately, I moved away from St. Louis 3 years ago, but every time I come back to visit, I make my way to Filomena's and command something Arrancini because there is nothing else that compares. Enormous balls of pure comfort. Carmelina's roast beef sandwich is excellent, and I don't know if I ever had the need to order anything else!

It wasn't even close to the good. Lasagna was definitely reheated. Cross on the edges. The remaining food was gland. Images look good, but this is not what appeared on our table. Definitely high prices for what we have. A real disappointment. It won't try again. The first and last time.

Really good Italian food; casual atmosphere. The restaurant has a very loyal customer base, and does a lot of catering. It is a small place (seats about 30) Nd does a sizable takeout business.
