Chili's Grill - St. Louis

I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad for $12.95. It had lettuce, a small amount of grilled chicken, and tomatoes. I couldn't send it back as I was rushed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I found the restaurant to be poorly managed.

The ordering process is awful, and the staff is impolite and abrupt towards customers.

This restaurant is not on par with Chili's. The manager or district manager needs to step in and address the issues. The food was not good - it seemed either old, improperly prepared, or made with low-quality ingredients.

Best place to eat at St Louis Airport. For what that's worth. Not bad really. Staff were very nice. Service was pretty good.

Service was terrible. Drinks stayed empty, refills were incorrect, food order was incorrect. Food was good though. Price is decent.
