Don't open that sandwich. you won't eat it. I tried to complain to the firm office, but the information they demand from the entry was not legible. I don't owe the hired one. service was fast and friendly. the problem is the owner of this franchise and the burger king corporation as a whole.
I came here numerous paintings and was not helped at all, there are still workers in the building with the lights on and several cars and both signage and google says they are open. I can't even talk about her food because nobody ever answered the passage window.
Ordered 2 jr chicken sandwiches with cheese in the drive through. It took 10 minutes and I took one bite out of each and they were both room temperature and rubbery.They were probably on the shelf for an hour. Why did it take 10 minutes to wrap up two sandwiches that were clearly already made?I noticed in some of the other reviews people mentioning that they didnt give a total until you pull up to the window, which is what they told me. Pretty sure they're doing this to see if you're paying cash so they can pocket it and not enter the order into the system.Yet again this BK continues to be absolute trash
Normally I have had great customer service at this location. But tonight was not the case. The girl who took my order and payment at the window was soooooo rude. No thank you no you’re welcome and especially no smile. I work in customer service and I get you can have a bad day, but you should never direct that towards your clientele. This girl had a nasty attitude. I will never return to this Burger King. I really hope this location can figure out this bad apple they currently have to prevent further clientele loose.
I ordered two whopper juniors easy mayonnaise and they made two whopper juniors extra mayonnaise old hamburgers lettuce and onion. I called to let them know that they made the wrong burgers for me and if they could replace it, I sent a friend to exchange the burgers. She brought back the same exact burgers except colder. So I called this location again and the lady that identifies herself as the general manager answered and gave me the nastiest attitude after I requested a refund. She told me that they don’t give refunds. So I asked her if she can just make the burgers the right way, she said she would make the burgers right for me if I didn’t raise my voice at her, I didn’t raise my voice at her. I knew she was crazy and I decided to not get anything altogether. Burger King‘s culture went to hell.
