Reveal Rooftop And Lounge

We went to Reveal Rooftop on Cinco De Mayo they were having a $5 margarita deal that was too good to pass. They posted all over social media and we were so excited to try it. It was pretty slow and the bartenders were slow but responsive. We asked about the flavor margaritas (again the ones they advertised on their social media) and the bartenders had no idea. Weird but regardless we had a great time no complaint about the cheap margaritas. We opened a tab and then closed it out at the end of the night. They ended up being more than $5 that they advertised but again great time and no complaints. We check our card the next day and noticed that they charged us twice, once when we closed the tab and for the tab we started. I called spoke to an employee, super nice and assured me they would be calling back. Two weeks and still no response. We call the hotel, transferred us to the managers voicemail, left a voicemail and no call back. Make sure you get your receipt and close out your tab each time unless you want to get charged twice. Not so great at customer service.

A great bar to visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. The rooftop in the summer has a great view of downtown. During the winter, they move to the downstairs bar. They have some good drinks and service has always been quick. Ron seems to be the main bartender and he always has a joke or two to share. I don't know the names of the other staff but I haven't had a good experience with any of them. Worth a visit. It's also an easy walk (when it's warm) to the rest of the West End places.

A perfect date spot. We stopped by for drinks and it was incredible. The atmosphere was a vibe. The drinks were good. The staff were really nice and attentive. Cannot wait to go back with friends.

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding. Had great cocktails there in the afternoon. The bar was closed later bit we were able to sit up on the rooftop with friends into the wee hours.

The atmosphere was very laid-back, and the servers and bartenders were extremely friendly. The place was smaller than we anticipated, but it added to the cozy feel. The music was at a perfect volume—it wasn’t distracting, allowing us to converse comfortably. I ordered the Rooftop Rendezvous, while my wife had The Bees’ Knees, and we both enjoyed our drinks. I also tried the Mezcal Mule, but the mezcal used was quite smoky, which overpowered the entire drink. I think I would have preferred the mezcal on its own, but as a mixed drink, it didn’t appeal to me. We didn't try the food, but the pizzas looked appetizing. I definitely plan to return!
