I'm shocked because I've been in many Indian restaurants and this one with the wide selection of drinks and the quality of food. Oh and the restaurant itself was nicely dimmed, romantic set with music and quiet relaxing feeling. We both went out with extra portions to drive home. The food here is amazing, the cooks and the staff are very helpful and gave good advice for the first time food selection. The location is perfect as it is located in the WEST END shops directly opposite the ICON theatre. I would recommend this place to everyone and encourage you to try whether it was your first Indian cuisine or you were places. Thank you. BlueFix for great experience and keep the great work!
The flavors are very good. I am looking forward to going back so that I can try their South Indian dishes. We started with the Chile Chicken which set the stage for the main course Spinach Paneer, Hyderabad Lamb, Hyderabad Chicken Biryani, and Naan (Garlic and Plain). We could not stop eating so why only 4 stars the service. Our server could not answer the most basic questions and did not look like she had waited tables before. If you are in the St Louis Park area of Minneapolis go get some Indian Food.
The food was delicious and the service was fast. We were here on Saturday night. We ordered some appetizers and the Hyderabad biryani. I would definitely recommend her vada pav sampler and the fried Idles were also good. The Biryani was good, but I thought the Raita and the Gravy that came with him could have been better. Go back.
We went there for my father's 65th birthday as my father prefers vegetarian food. I ordered chicken chili as an appetizer and my father just loved it and he cleaned the shield. He did not even touch the vegetarian appetizers that were ordered for him. The best was a dessert look for my father Mango Kulfi; OMG, who was from the world. This place is amazing. A little expensive, but worth every penny.
I like Indian food and try to eat during the trip. I like traditional dishes so I read many reviews and thought BlueFix could be met or miss, but I tried and actually thought that this style was better. Flavors were great, the room was beautiful and actually like the feeling better than Taste of Indian. Had the Chutney Sampler, Calamari, Chicken biryani, Ei porijal. All were a great tasting. I think the plate prices were higher than other places, but the dishes were good and we'll be back soon.
